Platform Role

GetAm.now helps buyers book campaign placements with creators and helps creators manage assignments, submissions, and payouts. Campaign results are reviewed against the delivery requirements shown during booking.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for accurate campaign details, lawful ad content, prompt payment, and timely review of submitted work. Funding may be held until the campaign reaches the required delivery state or a valid refund path applies.

Creator Responsibilities

Creators must provide accurate channel information, complete assigned work within the stated timeline, disclose conflicts, and avoid misleading traffic or engagement practices.

Payments, Refunds, and Disputes

Payments are processed through supported providers. Refunds, clawbacks, and disputes follow the platform state machine and may require manual review by authorized staff.

Account Security

Users must protect their login details and notify support about unauthorized access. Admin actions, finance actions, and sensitive account changes may require additional verification.
